Review of your project

During a meeting, we will review your project in detail according to your expectations and constraints (time/budget):

  • atmosphere, layout, design elements, positioning, materials, etc.
  • any animations
  • communication and sustainability targets

Design and 3D proposal

A 3D simulation is carried out to provide an accurate impression of the final project.

Our concept is based on your objectives and a 3D model of the architecture of your customised stand. This method allows you to visualise the layout, ergonomics and atmosphere of the stand.

We provide a comprehensive and transparent quote to accompany this creative stage, so that you can make your choice with complete peace of mind. It’s a way of projecting yourself into the exhibition even before the actual installation…

Stand set-up

Now it’s time to make it concrete: architecture, electricity, printing, furniture, multimedia… All the elements come together during set-up and bring the project to life.

We hand you the keys to the stand: it’s up to you to bring it to life during the event!

Mydisplay remains at your disposal:

  • to monitor activities,
  • in case of technical issues,
  • to dismantle the stand at the end of the event,
  • and for storage if needed for a future event.

Le montage et le démontage sont-ils inclus dans la prestation complète ?

Oui, nous prenons en charge la logistique de A à Z : transport, installation, démontage et stockage si nécessaire.

Proposez-vous la location de stands sur-mesure ?

Oui, nous pouvons concevoir des stands destinés à une utilisation ponctuelle en utilisant des matériaux existants : ces stands sont ainsi proposés en location.

Quelle différence entre un stand modulaire et un stand sur-mesure ?

Le stand modulaire repose sur des éléments réutilisables et standardisés, tandis que le stand sur-mesure est entièrement personnalisé pour votre marque, avec un design unique.
