Exhibiting at Palexpo or hosting an event in Geneva? Mydisplay designs, builds and installs your custom exhibition stand, from first sketch to dismantling. Based near Lausanne, 45 minutes from Geneva, we have supported Swiss and international companies and institutions at trade shows since 2014.
Your Palexpo exhibition stand, fully managed
A trade show at Palexpo runs on tight deadlines and strict technical rules. We handle the whole project:
- 3D design of your stand, tailored to your space and layout (inline, corner, peninsula or island).
- Technical file for the show organiser and Palexpo: bookings, plans, electricity, rigging.
- Manufacturing in our own workshop in Moudon or through our network of partner workshops in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Transport, build-up and dismantling within the time slots set by the show.
- One single contact from the first sketch to dismantling.
Exhibition booth design for every event in Geneva
Beyond Palexpo, we build stands for the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG), hotels and event venues across the city. We know what these venues require: tight build-up schedules, access constraints, safety standards and organisers’ technical regulations.
In Geneva, your stand often speaks to visitors from all over the world. We design 3D-modelled custom stands with clear signage and multilingual visuals when needed.
Custom stand or modular display: the right fit for your budget
Custom stand — To make an impact at a major trade show. Unique architecture, selected materials, integrated screens, lighting and meeting areas. → Custom-made display stands
Mobile and modular display — For companies that exhibit several times a year: fabric walls, roll-ups, totems, photocalls. A reusable system that adapts to different spaces and lowers the cost per show. → Mobile display stands

Yes. Mydisplay designs and builds custom exhibition stands at Palexpo Geneva, handling the technical file with the show organiser, transport, build-up and dismantling.
How much does an exhibition stand in Geneva cost?
The price depends on size, materials and equipment. Rates typically range from around CHF 200 to CHF 1,000 per m², or more for the most demanding stands. Every quote comes with a 3D design of your stand.
How far ahead should I plan?
Ideally 3 months for a custom stand and 3 to 4 weeks for a mobile stand. The organiser’s technical file deadlines should be built in from the start.
